Jerry Sanders represents taxpayers at the administrative levels on real estate. Mr. Sanders has extensive experience in property tax appeals, successfully representing taxpayers for over 25 years.
Mr. Sanders, a Tennessee Registered Agent, is a graduate of the University of Mississippi and has achieved the CMI designation from the Institute for Professionals in Taxation, where he has been an active member since 1990. He has also been a member of the International Association of Assessing Officers for over 25 years. He is a Texas Senior Property Tax Consultant and holds a Tennessee real estate broker’s license. Prior to his association with Evans Petree in 2009, he was Real Estate Tax Director for a major hotel and gaming company, specializing in the valuation of hospitality properties throughout the United States.
