Bill Nichol concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, the drafting of wills and trusts, and probate and estate administration.  He also has been involved in succession planning for closely held and family-owned businesses as well as general corporate transactions. He served three terms on the board of trustees of his alma mater, Sewanee: the University of the South.

Mr. Nichol was recently selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America 2024 in the field of Trusts and Estates for the sixth year.
