Evans Petree PC announces today that Jack F. Heflin, Regan S. Steepleton, and Tyler G. Tollison have been admitted as shareholders.
Jack F. Heflin is an experienced attorney whose practice focuses on litigation, business transactions and planning, commercial arbitration, and estate planning and administration. Jack graduated from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2015. There he was a member of the Moot Court Board and the Research Editor for the Mental Health Law & Policy Journal. Jack is a member of the Memphis Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association and was the Co-Chairman for the Memphis Area Legal Services’ Campaign for Equal Justice Young Lawyers Committee in 2017 and 2018. He has recently been elected a Barrister in the Leo Bearman, Sr. Chapter of the American Inn of Court.
Regan S. Steepleton is an attorney who focuses her practice on construction, commercial litigation, probate and estate, and business law. Regan is a 2018 graduate of the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, where she received the Dean’s Award for Excellence, the Cecil C. Humphreys Fellowship Award, and the CALI Excellence Award. She also served as a member of the Moot Court Board. Regan was recently selected by her peers for inclusion in the 2023 Edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in the fields of Commercial Litigation and Trusts and Estates for the third year. She has also been elected as an associate member in the Leo Bearman, Sr. Chapter of the American Inn of Court. Regan is a member of the American, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Memphis bar associations and a board member of Memphis’s Chapter of the Association for Women Attorneys.
Tyler G. Tollison is an attorney who focuses his practice on real estate, corporate law, and business transactions. His practice areas include commercial real estate, commercial lending, commercial leasing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation, and general corporate law. He is a 2018 graduate of the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, where he received the CALI Excellence Award, the Cecil C. Humphreys Fellowship Award, as well as the Honorable David S. Kennedy Bankruptcy Award. Tyler also served as a member of the Moot Court Board. He was recently selected by his peers for inclusion in the 2022 Edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in the field of Real Estate Law for the second year.
