EP President, Joe Getz, is speaking at the Tennessee Bar Association’s Construction Law Forum in Nashville. He and his co-speaker, Vic McConnell, are presenting on “The ‘Gotchas’ of Contracts in Construction Law.”
Brief description: Avoiding “gotchas” on a construction project starts with the drafting and negotiation of the construction contract. This session will examine common contract “gotchas” and will provide insight on how to mitigate risk during the contracting drafting and negotiation phase of the construction project.
