Diane D. Dunn has been in accounting since 1982. Ms. Dunn’s areas of expertise in the Property Tax Group include personal property compliance, management services, and coordination of appeals of property outside of Shelby County, Tennessee. Ms. Dunn came to Evans Petree in 2006 after working as an Accounting Procurement Specialist in manufacturing. Ms. Dunn has a keen eye for detail, and this assists her in maintaining accurate property information, filing business personal property schedules, preparing management reports, and auditing and approving real and personal property tax bills.
