Evans Petree Shareholder Elizabeth Stengel has been selected as a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation in recognition of a lawyer whose career has demonstrated extraordinary leadership in the profession, service to society, and commitment to the ideals and objectives of the American Bar Association.
Ms. Stengel concentrates her practice in the areas of construction & surety law and litigation/dispute resolution. She is the Practice Area Leader for the Litigation Practice Group for the firm.
Since 2008, Mid-South Super Lawyers magazine has named Ms. Stengel a Super Lawyer in construction litigation. She was also recently selected by her peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America 2016 in the area of construction litigation, and designated as one of the Super Lawyers Top 50 Women Lawyers in the Mid-South.
The Fellows of the American Bar Foundation is an honorary organization of lawyers, judges, and legal scholars whose public and private careers have demonstrated outstanding dedication to the welfare of their communities and to the highest principles of the legal profession.
