EP Associate Drew Raines will be giving a presentation on the 2017 reappraisal of property at an upcoming Collierville Chamber Lunch & Learn. The seminar will take place on Thursday, April 27, from 11:30am-1:00pm at the Collierville Chamber of Commerce, 485 Halle Park Dr, Collierville, TN 38017.
The Shelby County Assessor will revalue all property this year, and based on general improvement in the real estate market since the last reappraisal in 2013, there’s a good chance your values have significantly increased. Mr. Raines will explain how to know if your property has been over-valued. He’ll also offer tips for filing an appeal to the County Board of Equalization.
