David L. Bourland’s practice focuses primarily on estate planning (including probate and trust administration), estate and gift taxation, and business law. Boasting a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) in taxation, an advanced law certification with global credibility, David’s broad practice experience, legal knowledge, and skill set enable him to develop estate plans at all levels of complexity, as well as allow him to provide solid, strategic advice to clients regarding the preservation and transfer of family wealth. As an extension of his estate planning services, David also dedicates his time to counseling clients regarding business succession planning matters as well as their transactional and operational needs.
