Associate Jack F. Heflin*

Jack F. Heflin is an experienced associate whose practice focuses on litigation, business transactions and planning, commercial arbitration, real property transactions and disputes, and estate planning and administration. Jack has successfully represented clients in a wide range of cases including those pertaining to lease disputes, breach of contract, FINRA and cotton arbitrations, ADA accessibility, misappropriation of trade secrets, will and trust contests, property damage, significant personal injury, and wrongful death.

Jack routinely assists his individual and corporate clients with contract drafting and review; business formation and governance; transactional matters; and general legal advice.

Jack also represents personal representatives and creditors in estate administrations and advises individuals and families in estate planning, including preparation of wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney and living wills.
