Jack F. Heflin is an experienced attorney whose practice focuses on litigation, business transactions and planning, commercial arbitration, real property transactions and disputes, and estate planning and administration. Jack has successfully represented clients in a wide range of cases including those pertaining to lease disputes, breach of contract, FINRA and cotton arbitrations, ADA accessibility, misappropriation of trade secrets, will and trust contests, property damage, significant personal injury, and wrongful death.

Jack routinely assists his individual and corporate clients with contract drafting and review; business formation and governance; transactional matters; and general legal advice.

Jack also represents personal representatives and creditors in estate administrations and advises individuals and families in estate planning, including preparation of wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney and living wills.

Jack has recently been elected a Barrister in the Leo Bearman, Sr. Chapter of the American Inn of Court. He was also recently selected by his peers for inclusion in the 2024 Edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in the fields of Business Organizations (including LLCs and Partnerships), Commercial Litigation, and Corporate Law.
