Logan A. Klauss is an experienced, civil litigation attorney who represents clients facing business and organizational disputes, aviation and trucking litigation, wrongful death and personal injury defense, including product liability, premises liability, governmental tort liability, and sports and recreation liability.
In 2015, Logan graduated magna cum laude from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at The University of Memphis. During law school, he participated in Law Review, where he served as the Volume 45 Managing Editor, and Advanced Moot Court. As a law student, he also interned for United States Magistrate Judge Tu M. Pham in the United State District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. In 2011, Logan graduated summa cum laude from The University of Memphis, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in philosophy, with a minor in German after studying abroad in Eichstätt, Germany.
Logan is admitted to practice in Tennessee and has appeared before state and federal, trial and appellate courts throughout Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Kentucky. He is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, Memphis Bar Association, Lawyer-Pilots Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association, and The University of Memphis Alumni Association.
Since 2021, Logan has been on the Super Lawyers Mid-South Rising Stars list for aviation and aerospace. He was also recently selected by his peers for inclusion in the 2025 Edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in the fields of Insurance Law and Personal Injury Litigation-Defendants for the second year.
Logan lives in Memphis with his son Beckham and daughter Charlie. He spends his time out of the office chasing the kids around outside, perfecting the arts of Memphis BBQ and Chicago deep dish pizza, and clinging to inevitably disappointing sports loyalties.
