Logan A. Klauss is an experienced associate attorney whose litigation defense practice centers on pre-litigation disputes and litigation concerning aviation, trucking, product liability, premises liability, governmental tort liability, and sports and recreation liability.

In 2015, Logan graduated magna cum laude from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at The University of Memphis. During law school, he participated in Law Review, where he served as the Volume 45 Managing Editor, and Advanced Moot Court.  As a law student, he also interned for United States Magistrate Judge Tu M. Pham in the United State District Court for the Western District of Tennessee.  In 2011, Logan graduated summa cum laude from The University of Memphis, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in philosophy, with a minor in German after studying abroad in Eichstätt, Germany.

Logan is admitted to practice in Tennessee and has appeared before state and federal, trial and appellate courts throughout Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Kentucky.  He is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, Memphis Bar Association, Lawyer-Pilots Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association, and The University of Memphis Alumni Association.

Logan has been selected to the 2023 Mid-South Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers magazine. He was also recently selected by his peers for inclusion in the 2024 Edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in the fields of Insurance Law and Personal Injury Litigation-Defendants.

Logan lives in Memphis with his wonderful wife Katie, son Beckham, and daughter Charlie. Time not spent in the office is dedicated to playing outside with the family, perfecting the arts of Memphis BBQ and Chicago deep dish pizza, inevitably disappointing sports loyalties, and the same five kids’ TV show episodes over and over and over.
