Louise Chandler Biedenharn concentrates her practice in the areas of Insolvency and Litigation/Dispute Resolution. She is a 2011 Memphis Bar Association Leadership Forum Graduate and was a Tennessee Bar Association Young Lawyers Board Member from 2013-2016. She also received the Millsaps College Young Alumni of the Year Award in 2012.
Ms. Biedenharn is a 2009 graduate of the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, where she received a Cali Award for Torts and was a member of the Moot Court Board. She was also a member of the Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Team as well as an Extern for the Honorable David S. Kennedy and the Honorable Paulette J. Delk. She also serves on the board of the Association for Women Attorneys as the CLC Representative, as well as on the board of the Community Legal Center as the AWA representative.
She was recently selected by her peers for inclusion in the 2023 Edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in the fields of Alternative Dispute Resolution, Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights/Insolvency and Reorganization Law, Litigation-Bankruptcy, and Commercial Litigation for the third year.
