Property Tax Group Phyllis Whitaker*

Phyllis O. Whitaker has been in accounting since 1982. Ms. Whitaker’s areas of expertise in the Property Tax Group include being the Senior Financial Analyst, PILOT lease interpretation, value analysis and budgeting. She is also responsible for the Fiscal Impact Compliance Reports required by the State of Tennessee for our PILOT clients.  Ms. Whitaker came to Evans Petree in 2009 from the field of finance where she worked as a development accounting manager.  Her main background experience has been in real estate and includes corporate, property and development accounting.  She has also managed budgets for substantial retail development projects.
