Rusty Hensley began private law practice in 1982. From the beginning, his clients have primarily been closely held business owners. His practice primarily focuses on business transactions and private client services.

Mr. Hensley’s transactional practice centers on operating companies in a variety of industries and locations. Core clients generally range from early stage venture entities to middle market privately held businesses.  He has a significant practice in the automotive industry, representing a number of automotive dealers throughout the country. His client and practice categories include but are not limited to the following:
