Tyler Tollison is an attorney who focuses his practice on real estate, corporate law and business transactions. Tyler represents owners and investors in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate, the financing and development of commercial real estate projects, and the leasing of office, retail, and industrial properties. Tyler also represents and counsels private companies in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.
He is a 2018 graduate of the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, where he received the CALI Excellence Award as well as the Honorable David S. Kennedy Bankruptcy Award. Tyler also served as a Member of the Moot Court Board.
He was recently selected by his peers for inclusion in the 2025 Edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in the fields of Real Estate Law and Corporate Law for the fourth year.
