Lytle Nichol has extensive experience advising clients in federal taxation, probate matters, and general corporate law. He provides tax planning advice to both individuals and large corporations. A graduate of the University of Virginia, Mr. Nichol has been in practice since 1964. In that time, Mr. Nichol has been widely involved in:

- Corporate sales and acquisitions.
He also works extensively in the area of trusts and estates.
Mr. Nichol is a member and past president of the Memphis Estate Planning Council. He is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell and was recently selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America 2023 in the field of Trusts and Estates for the seventeenth year.
